EXCHANGES AND RETURNS SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

1. TERMS OF DELIVERY

ATTENTION: At the moment we only deliver to specific countries, Liechtenstein and
Switzerland. Prices are listed in CHF and final amounts are calculated at the
checkout.

1.1 Delivery costs are at the expense of the buyer and are not included in the product
price. The shipping fee is charged once per order and is at flat rate of 7 CHF.
Free shipping is granted for orders over 100 EUR. In some occasions special code may be used to grant free shipping.

1.2 All orders are shipped the next day working day after receiving payment via Priority Service of the Swiss Post. At the time of delivery, a person over 18 years of age must be present. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. If by any chance the delivery address needs to be changed, please contact our customer support at +423 791 34 66 as soon as possible. If the order has not been sent, the address will be changed free of charge.

1.3 The expected delivery date of the order depends on stock situation and the country of delivery. It usually takes between 3-7 working days within Switzerland and 5-12 working days to other European countries. Product is shipped only after we receive the payment.

1.4 You must inform us prior to the agreed delivery date if there are certain circumstances relevant to the delivery. These are, without exception, all factors related to access: on the way to your delivery address (eg deep bridges, narrow streets, etc.) and / or at your delivery address itself (e.g. small doors, narrow passageways, steps, etc.) Please think carefully about whether such factors exist for you.

1.5 You may be required to pay additional delivery charges if:

Although we make every effort,
we can not guarantee anything, and we may reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withdraw from delivering the product to a specific address within a building at the delivery address. Benefit and risk are transferred to the
buyer with the shipment of the goods. Buyer takes legal responsibility for insurance and security.

 

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

2.1 All products are described in detail and transparently on the website http://cleangardens.com. The buyer can be informed about each individual product in detail and without time pressure.

2.2 The goods purchased can only be returned if found faulty on the day of delivery. Buyer must inform us about the fault via phone or email as soon as the goods are delivered in their hands. The goods have to be shipped back to us within 14
days from the delivery. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. The revocation must be sent to the following person, stating the appropriate payment link for
the repayment of the purchase price:

Please note that we cannot take back or refund already opened / unsealed products for legal reasons.

2.3 As soon as we get the goods back, the purchase price for specific product(s) will be refunded back to the buyer. Shipping costs are not a subject to refund.

 

3. WARRANTY

3.1 The buyer must check the delivered goods as soon as delivered in their hands and report any defects immediately. Secret defects can still be objected to after commissioning or use of the goods.

3.2 If there is a defect, the buyer has to contact us immediately and offer proof. We will then either replace the product, refund the purchase price or exchange it for credit. The faulty product must be sent back to us. The right of the buyer to claim damages remains reserved in all cases.

 

 

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Invoice

If the option “Invoice” is chosen, the price has to be paid via bank transfer after receiving the order
confirmation. Only after the money arrives in our account, the goods are shipped. Bank transfer fees are covered by the buyer.

4.2 Unless you have agreed to a down payment for an order for one or more products, where you will pay the difference in the purchase price of the product (s) ordered at a later date (as displayed on the website or on the phone at the time of posting order), you must pay the full purchase price of the ordered product (s) for all orders. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not ship the ordered product
(s) until we have received the full payment. For bank transfers, the expenses must be borne entirely by the sender.

4.3 Payments by debit or credit card or by PostFinance e Payment: All payment transactions may be subject to validation and authorization, either through your bank or through us (where we may engage third parties who make such authorization in accordance with our Privacy Policy). If your credit card provider does not make the payment or does not agree to the payment, we will not be liable for any delays or refusal to accept the order. Customer payments in the KULA AG online
shop take place in a protected area where the data is transmitted in encrypted form. We do not take any liability for the security of the transmission and the transmitted data.

4.4 If, for any reason, a payment is rejected after we have already shipped the goods, we reserve the right to request the payment from the buyer or to reclaim back the goods. We may charge the buyer fees for our costs incurred in recovering the goods or insisting on further payments.

4.5 All ordered products remain our property and will not become your property until we have received the full purchase price for the product(s).
